  WHO IS YOUR MENTOR? (Psalm 62 vs 4) Who mentors you controls your life positively or negatively. A mentor is a wise and trusted counselor or teacher. But the truth is that we must be careful of those who we trust to be our mentors. We have a lot of people out there that bless with mouth and curse you in the heart. Pastor will lay hands on you, you thinking he’s blessing you but inwardly he’s cursing you. Your Prophet might be blessing you With his mouth open without his heart being open to you. If someone who is mentoring you is not doing all that he is preaching, why listening to such person? Allow people that do what they preach mentor you.  Listen to those that do what they preach.   A PLACE CALLED THERE   Man's fall brought about a quest for THERE. God had only unlimited blessings planned for Adam and Eve, yet they deliberately disobeyed Him. The fall made the Cross necessary for redemption.  Mary obeyed God, and she was chosen to bring the Redeemer of mankind into this world. There will always be a command before the fulfillment of reaching THERE. God will command those He intends to bless. Reaching THERE lies on obeying the command.  Moses was commanded to "stretch out his hand over the sea..." and the Red Sea parted, God Almighty turned Pharoah into fish food and the Chariots of Egypt into a rusty pile of junk. DIGNITY IS A GREAT VIRTUE  Dignity is the state or quality of being worthy of honour or respect.   The only way we can secure our dignity is by not being lazy with our work. A lazy person will loose his/her dignity. A lazy pastor/ prophet will loose his/ her dignity if he/ she refuses to work. A pastor that refuse to study the bible, pray or do spiritual activities will end up loosing his/ her dignity.  They are the types that go from house to house of their church members, eating different kinds of food. Tell me how the church members will respect such a pastor.   Why competing with others? There’s competition everywhere; in families, in schools, in offices, among friends, also in the church. God didn’t create us to compete with ourselves. We all have different assignment on this planet earth, so why competing? Let me start with music ministers. A music minister that still engages in competition with colleagues in the same ministry does not know what he/she is doing. For you to be competing means you are not sure of your ministry, you don’t know what your ministry carries. You don’t have faith in that work committed in your hands. The reason why so many music ministers, pastors, prophets fail in their calling and assignment is because they are not sure of their ministry, they don’t know were God has called them to occupy. They just want to carry the title of a pastor, prophet, music minister, HOD, Apostle, Bishop etc. They forget that there’s a task and assignment assigned to all ministry.
