A PLACE CALLED THERE 

Man's fall brought about a quest for THERE. God had only unlimited blessings planned for Adam and Eve, yet they deliberately disobeyed Him. The fall made the Cross necessary for redemption. 

Mary obeyed God, and she was chosen to bring the Redeemer of mankind into this world. There will always be a command before the fulfillment of reaching THERE. God will command those He intends to bless. Reaching THERE lies on obeying the command. 

Moses was commanded to "stretch out his hand over the sea..." and the Red Sea parted, God Almighty turned Pharoah into fish food and the Chariots of Egypt into a rusty pile of junk.

Elijah and the widow were both commanded of God. Elijah was commanded to go to Zarephath, and God would provide for him THERE (1 Kings 17:9). God has an exact there for His children. The place of His purpose is the place of His power. God will meet you when you get to the place called THERE and there is where your miracle will happen. 

Both Elijah and the widow could have missed their promised blessing had they disobeyed God's direction. It is through obedience to God's direction that one gets THERE. 


HOW DO I GET THERE?

To get THERE;

  • Acknowledge there is a problem but don't accept it in your life.
  • Obtain all the facts surrounding your difficult circumstances (possible causes of the difficulties).
  • Analyse the facts; have a spiritual checklist. 
  • Pray for wisdom and discernment. 
  • Develop a plan based on what God's Word counsels you to do.
  • Write the plan down. 
  • Act boldly and immediately on your plan. 
  • Finally, act in faith on the plan. While acting, get counsels where necessary from trustworthy personalities i.e. mentors and counsellors, etc.
In conclusion, everyone existing on earth has God's ordained Destiny for their life. That is the place of His purpose and the place called THERE. The owner of the purpose knows better how you'd get THERE so a neglect of God is a neglect of Purpose, Destiny and THERE. Have you neglected God in time past with the mind of getting THERE by your wits, intellects and resources? Who gave you the wits? Who made the resources available and gave you the intellect?

Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. - (Ecclesiastes 12:13 NIV) That is the pathway to getting THERE!

WHY ARE THEY FOLLOWING YOU? Do you really know why some people follow you or look up to you? Some people follow you because of the riches you possess while others follow you because of the God you carry. Some will want to be your friend because you have connections to big places in form of companies and the likes.  Do you know why many people followed Jesus from the start but only few of them followed him to the place of his crucifixion? DIGNITY IS A GREAT VIRTUE  Dignity is the state or quality of being worthy of honour or respect.   The only way we can secure our dignity is by not being lazy with our work. A lazy person will loose his/her dignity. A lazy pastor/ prophet will loose his/ her dignity if he/ she refuses to work. A pastor that refuse to study the bible, pray or do spiritual activities will end up loosing his/ her dignity.  They are the types that go from house to house of their church members, eating different kinds of food. Tell me how the church members will respect such a pastor.
