WHY STOP PRAYING?

I have heard people say there’s no God because of what they are passing through in life. Challenges come to try our faith in God, not to stop us from serving God. 

So many people have stopped acknowledging God as their creator, they don't want to believe that he exists anymore. 

Some people pray just because of what they want God to do for them. If that their request does not come when they expect it, they stop praying and start asking questions of whether God exists or not.

There are different category of people on this planet Earth. There are some that don't pray at all because they think they have all that money can buy. 

Some pray when problem arise or when they hear that a witch from somewhere is hunting them. Why do we need to wait till problem comes before we start praying?

God commanded that we pray always, in problem, even when we have everything that money can buy, we still need prayer. Moreso, God looks at the intents behind our prayers. Moreover, faithless prayers will not be answered. Don’t start praying today and you want to receive your answer tomorrow. It takes processes.  

So many prayers prayed today are prayed based on the desires of the flesh, not what God wants for our life. We must be sensitive to God's desires for us.

If God refuses to answer some prayers in our life, we begin to say all manners of unpalatable words about Him because that's what our flesh wants and we don't always get it right at first. If you want to pray and receive instant answers to your prayer, you need to pray the right prayer. (James 4 vs 3 )

If you say you want to stop serving because of unanswered prayers, you must know that God is aware of the situations you are in right now or the ones that happened to you long time ago. Remember God is still God whether you serve him or not. Don't forget that you are opening another strange doors in your life for devil and his agents to come and dwell if you stop praying. 


Always acknowledge your Maker in times of trouble, lack and wants. Don’t wait for problems to come before you start praying. Pray always!

WHY ARE THEY FOLLOWING YOU? Do you really know why some people follow you or look up to you? Some people follow you because of the riches you possess while others follow you because of the God you carry. Some will want to be your friend because you have connections to big places in form of companies and the likes.  Do you know why many people followed Jesus from the start but only few of them followed him to the place of his crucifixion? Some left him because he was not rich with material things. Many left him because he said the truth. There were those who left him because they felt he was using them and also those who left him because their negative mind and disobedient spirit with the worldly wisdom they carried while following him was not yielding any result in their lives. DIGNITY IS A GREAT VIRTUE  Dignity is the state or quality of being worthy of honour or respect.   The only way we can secure our dignity is by not being lazy with our work. A lazy person will loose his/her dignity. A lazy pastor/ prophet will loose his/ her dignity if he/ she refuses to work. A pastor that refuse to study the bible, pray or do spiritual activities will end up loosing his/ her dignity.  They are the types that go from house to house of their church members, eating different kinds of food. Tell me how the church members will respect such a pastor.
